Hello, hello everyone! I'm pretty excited to be sharing this post with you girls :) A couple days ago I asked you girls to tell me your favorite skincare, beauty, and hair products. I got so many responses that it took almost half a day to go through them all and look each product up! I was originally planning on splitting this up into three posts--skincare, makeup, and hair, but I soon realized that even that was going to be a lot because I got so many awesome skincare tips to share with y'all. So, in this post I am just going to be focusing on cleansers and moisturizers.
Also, I'm going to try to include all your girls' names so you can know if your tip was included in this post! Stay tuned for the rest of the series, and make sure to subscribe so you get notified when I do post! :)
Ok, let's get started with the most popular cleansers and washes. Cleansers are great for getting all dirt, extra oil, dead skin, and makeup off your face that builds up during the day (and night!). A good cleanser should wash all that off, but not strip your natural oils, and it should not make your skin feel dry, but rather just clean and fresh! Here are a few of your faves:
The Trader Joes nourish cleanser (only $5.99 in stores). Lindy says this is her all time favorite face wash, and that she's tried a lot but this works the best, even though it's from a grocery store. (Sometimes the simple stuff is the best IMO!)
The clear complexion foaming cleanser by Aveeno, available at Target for $6.79. Tierney uses this, along with a bunch of other Aveeno products. She says it helps with uneven skin tons, and she recommends it often.
The gentle exfoliating facial cleanser by Cetaphil, available at Target for $7.99. Tip from Hailey!
The charcoal acne cleanser by Bioré, available at Ulta for $7.99. Maddy uses this and she says it clears up skin super well. She recommends using it along with the brand's toner, too.
The acne clearing calming cream cleanser by YourGoodSkin, available at Walgreens for $9.99. Alivia only uses this for her skincare routine, and she says it works really well!
The foaming face wash for normally oily skin by Cera Ve, available at Ulta for $11.99. Tip from Charlsea :)
The frothy face wash by Origins Checks and Balances, available at Ulta for $23.50. Shayla uses this and says it's good for sensitive skin. Leah also uses this!
The tea tree face wash/oil by Pharm to Table, available on Amazon (I think! Couldn't find exact link). Lex uses this :) She has sensitive skin and can't use many products, but she says this wash is super good!
The Matcha toner and cleanser by MILK Makeup, available at Sephora for $26. Tip from Katie, and she says that this, along with a few other products, help keep her skin clear and alive looking!
The deep cleansing oil by DHC, available at Ulta for $28. Anna says this is also a great makeup remover.
Any of the purity line face cleansers/washes by Philosophy, available on their site for around $20 to $40. Gabby uses these, and she's in love with them! She also loves their lotions and moisturizers.
The soy face cleanser by Fresh, available at Sephora for $42. Tip from Gianna. (I've also tried this before!)
The unblemish face wash by Rodan + Fields, available on their site for $44. Recommended by Kaci and Ariana :)
the secret is argan essential oil face wash, available at Marshall’s. Tip from Gianna :)
And that's it for cleansers! If you didn't see your fave, or you have any cleansing/washing tips, tell us in the comments! We can all help each other on our journeys to better skin :)
Check back soon for the rest of the series! I'm thinking of doing toners or moisturizers next. :)

Thanks for the tips Rayne and Emi! 💓
thanks for all these great suggestions! 🤩 i would also recommend the glossier milky jelly cleanser, it’s super gentle, moisturizing, and refreshing! :))
The first one reminded me of a face wash I use! It’s Trader Joe’s Spa Face Wash with Tea Tree Oil. I can really tell a difference with blemishes and oily skin when I use it. It’s amazing!
