Update: MIA

*PSA: this post isn't an actual fashion related post, it's just an update on what I've been up to, so if you're just here for the fashion inspo, feel free to ignore!!*

Hello my lovely subscribers! This post is especially for you. I haven't really posted in about two weeks, so I've been feeling bad because my goal is to post at least once, if not two or three times a week, and I haven't done that recently! I know some of you have been just waiting for something new to come out, so I am sorry that this isn't a real post!😌 This is supposed to be a fashion and inspiration website, and I know that's why you subscribed, but just this once (unless ya'll are fine with these type of posts occasionally!!) I'm going to just write about what I've been up to these past couple weeks, so you know why I've been MIA with my posts 😂

Aside from school (I'm taking a college class right now, so that takes up more time than schoolwork normally would), I've been working a lot on my latest project, which I'm sure you may have already read about----designing and selling tee shirts! Coming up with new designs, making those designs, posting the listings, and trying to put them out there so that they'll be seen by a larger crowd has taken up a lot of time. I'm hoping that once I get a bunch of good, popular designs out there though, it will run more on it's own and I'll be able to focus more time on the blog. 😊 But while I'm on the topic of tees, I have two announcements!

1. If I can sell 50 tees by Mother's Day (May 12th), I will do a giveaway!! So make sure to tell your friends, if you'd like to see that happen!

2. I am considering doing an ambassador program with my tee shop! I had a question about this, so I decided to figure out what it would entail if I decide to create that program. If I end up doing it, you'll be seeing a blog post in the future on what it would be all about!

Another exciting thing that happened recently is one of my twin aunts got engaged! My mom has identical twin sisters (as in her sisters are the twins, she's not a twin 😉) and I'm pretty close to them, especially because we're only 7 years apart. 💓 I got the honor of taking her engagement photos which was super fun and special! She said I could post them here, so y'all get to see a few! And if anyone is wondering, she told me her dress is from Abercrombie :)

Yesterday I went thrifting!! I got a whole bunch of huge clothes, that I'm going to use as fabric. The lady at the checkout asked me, "Are you sure you want these jeans?!" as she held up one of the super super extra large pair of jeans I had picked out. They are so big that I can easily fit in one pant leg 😂 If you're handy with sewing, then I really recommend getting oversized pieces of clothing at a thrift store, because it's cheap, and gives you plenty of material! But anyways, when I get around to cutting up and sewing the things I got, I'll definitely do some posts showing them. And if anyone is interested in seeing a tutorial on how to make cute jean skirts out of a pair of jeans, then maybe I’ll make a post on that too 🙂
