So now that we've gotten that out of the way, here's all the information about the ambassador program >>>
Basically, as an ambassador or model, you get to become a face to our brand, help promote it, and you also get some benefits in the process! Your job will be to take cute and aesthetic photos wearing our merch that you can post to promote it, and that we can use too on our end (with credit to you of course, which will help build your own social following!) You'll also get your own special promo code, which you'll share with your friends and followers. Every time you make a sale with your code, you get a point. A certain amount of points gets you different rewards--wholesale price on products, a shoutout, or even free product!
Sound cool? Let's get into the requirements now.
You need to have a good following on social media.
I'm open to girls who don't have a huge following applying, so if you're interested and are willing to put in the effort, contact me and we'll see what we can figure out! But in general, I would like you to have a minimum of 250 followers (preferably Instagram for this number), with good engagement (e.g. lots of comments, regular posting, etc.). The ideal number though, would be around 500+ followers (also with good engagement) and if you have that number or above, then Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, whatever you use most can be used as the place where you promote the tees. During the application process, we can definitely discuss all this more though.
You must be able to take good quality and aesthetic photos.
This is one of the most important aspects of the program! I'm looking for girls who are able to take good pictures modeling the tee shirts. This means good quality pics (good lighting, good camera quality, clean backgrounds, etc) that are also cute and aesthetic (my brand tends to have a summery and beachy vibe to it, so if you're able to communicate that through your pics, that's great! But I also love when you all add your own aesthetic to it too. Basically as long as it looks good, it's good!), and third, photos that make people want to repost them (such as on pinterest or vsco. think about if you'd wanna republish the pic on your own accounts!).
You'll take lots of photos in the tees, wear them out, post them on socials, and share them with me so I can use them on my platforms.
I want my ambassadors to be excited about this, and share the love! So as part of being an ambassador, your job is to be active. This means taking photos often (the more often you do, the more benefits you get!), posting them and sending them to me, and promoting your code regularly so that your followers will use it (again, more rewards when they use it!).
You're good at communication.
This may seem like a given, but it is so important! I know that most of you are still in school and lead busy lives. I totally understand that (because, same lol!). So in that case, it's so extremely helpful to be in the loop on things. If you're not able to take photos for a while, or plan to but don't get it done, I understand. Just let me know what's going on, that way I know you're still interested in staying an ambassador! :)
Age requirement
As the general audience of my brand and blog is around 13 to 22 years old, that's generally the ages I look for in my ambassadors. If you're outside that category though, you can still feel free to DM me and explain your situation! If you're younger (or older!) than that, the basic requirement is just that you can fulfill all the other requirements, and that you're mature and know how to be professional.

The blog is a BIG place where I post new information about the ambassador program, the brand, the tees, and upcoming announcements. In addition to just staying in the loop, it's a requirement that you're subscribed so I can know you're committed to the brand :) I also highly recommend that you read and interact with as many blog posts as you can. I take note of who is active and give special rewards to those I see who are committed to the brand too!
So that's basically it for the requirements! If you are interested in applying, then there's a few other things you should read first. One is this post, which is a FAQ page that gives you an overview of some more details. The second is a page which tells more about the level 2 ambassador program, called Glo Girls. It's like a VIP version of the normal program, but it does have more requirements and is slightly harder to get into.

P.S. to all the girls who are already ambassadors OR who have applied but haven't gotten a response, I recommend you reapply at that link. I am going to be restarting the whole program and removing existing ambassador codes.
